White Bread
Available in different standard packaging from 100gm to 800gm depending upto cities. It is the most common and most popular baked product which is had all round the world in some or the other form. White bread refers to any bread whose crumb colour is clearly white or cream. Dough made from white wheat flour is very stretchy and resilient, which means the baker can use it to produce many different styles and shapes, and the worldwide popularity of white bread is partly down to this characteristic. Typical ingredients include wheat flour, water, salt and yeast.
Brown Bread
Available in 400gm. Each country has its own recipe and specialties when it comes to making brown bread. It contains significant amounts of whole Wheat flour. Since they contain whole grain flour, they are most sought after by the health conscious. In other words, in the process of making brown bread, the bran and germ of the wheat flour are not removed and left intact. The result is that the bread retains all its essential nutrients, along with the much healthy fiber.
Sandwitch Bread
Available in 500gm. Sandwich bread is a white bread. Extra large sliced with finest ingredients. A pat of butter adds some richness and a few spoonfuls of sugar give it a touch of sweetness without tipping things into dessert territory.
Fruit Bread
Available in 200gm. A healthy and delicious combination of caldial fruits and bread.
